Our lovely friends at Firebrand have launched new tshirt and hoodie designs on the official Boosh merchandise site.

They have very generously given us a bumper prize to give away to one lucky Modwolve.

The winner will receive a Boosh tote bag with the Journey of the Childmen DVD plus three new t-shirts in their size.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is email competition@themightyboosh.co.uk with your full name and address and the answer to this question:

What is the name of the tour during which Journey of the Childmen was filmed?

Good luck!

Noel Fielding, Chris Addison and the stars of The Inbetweeners have all been given new shows by Channel 4. They are all benefiting from an extra £5million being pumped into the broadcaster’s comedy budget next year to help fill the gap left by Big Brother. Head of comedy Shane Allen last night revealed some of the projects, including a new E4 comedy from Fielding provisionally called Boopus.

A video shown to a select audience of C4 staff, producers, writers, performers and journalists showed the Boosh star as a stingray, discussing the recording of albums. Fielding said: ‘I want to make something in the spirit of Spike Milligan or the Kenny Everett Show but using modern techniques. Blending filmed comedy with animation.’

Television needs a madman! I want the show to be psychedelic and beautiful but have charm and personality. If Dali made a show hopefully it would look like this.’

On the 15th November, Universal Pictures release ‘The Mighty Boosh On Tour – Journey Of The Childmen’.  It is a fly on the wall, backstage look at the Boosh on their last tour.

As part of the release there will be a very intimate pre-release screening in London on 11th November which will have an introduction from Noel – and maybe Julian too.

The screening has limited spaces that are claimed through HMVs loyalty scheme, HMV Pure, however Universal and HMV have generously given us 2 pairs of tickets to give away to Modwolves.

All you have to do to win is email competition@themightyboosh.co.uk with your full name, address and mobile phone number.  Please only enter if you are definitely able to get to Central London for the evening of 11th November.

Thanks and good luck!

Noel Fielding is currently hosting his very own art exhibition in London’s oldest (and best) cake shop Maison Bertaux in Soho.

The exhibition is called Bryan Ferry vs The Jelly Fox.

Thanks for all your comments regarding the new Boosh site. Some people want a fan art section; others want multimedia games and stuff. We will look into them both – although a game might just be asking for a bit too much.

Other than that we have a new video gallery in, you guessed it, the ‘videos’ section. If you find anything else on youtube that you want to see up there, send the link through in the comments area and we will do our best to add it to the playlist (of course, it has to be Boosh related). There is also a link to some Boosh images in the ‘images’ section – more will be added in time.
